What Are People Saying About Sierra Lands Beef?

I wanted to share a new experience I had just a couple days ago.  What you might ask? 

I had a fantastic steak, yes steak.  So what is so remarkable about a steak, that I would be moved to send out an email?  It was an all natural grass fed beef steak from Sierra Lands Beef

 

I am so impressed by the full flavor of that steak, it was remarkably delicious!   Not only was it scrumptious, but it is undoubtedly a healthier way to eat red meat! (less saturated fat)

 

If you like beef and have not had the opportunity to get some of our very own grass fed beef for yourself, you are missing a real treat.

Logan, wanted to drop you a line and let you know how pleased we are with the SLB that we purchased recently.  I originally bought our variety pack to support the SFC, and wasn't particularly aware of what grass-fed beef  was all about.  Now that my family has been eating it for several weeks, we have really come to enjoy this great meat!  The taste and texture is superb; the meat is more distinct and flavorful than store-bought beef.  Now that we've been planning Friday suppers around SLB, I have come to appreciate the variety of cuts and quality of butchering.

   

I can also say the SLB may have saved my marriage!  In the course of completing a Honey-Do, I had to unplug our freezer and forgot to plug it back in.  Two days later, as we finished tossing melted and soaked foodstuffs into the trash, we re-froze the cold but definitely thawed SLB.  The tough, air-tight plastic preserved the meat perfectly and made up for my error.  Dodged that bullet! 

 

 I wish you and the SLB team the best of luck with this unique product.  When I have made a dent in my supply I will be back for more!

I knew that grass fed beef was a good choice because the cows are happier and healthier and because of the nutritious grass they had been eating the fat profile was much better (much more Omega 3s for instance). Therefore, by choosing grass fed beef  I knew I should be happier and healthier too! What I wasn't prepared for was the deliciousness of Sierra Lands Beef! Apparently not all grass fed beef attains this tender juiciness and great old time beefy flavor. So, thank you Logan Page for putting together the right breeds of cattle with the best grazing practices on SFC's beautiful preserves to produce this amazing gastronomical treat!
